What the three properties are worth, from real sales
Each US home is valued by a local price model fitted to ~10 years of actual sold comps around it (not Zestimate or Redfin Estimate), pinned to its own purchase price and appraisal. Lisbon uses Statistics Portugal's official prices of homes actually sold in the parish. Every chart starts on the purchase date. Refreshed twice a week on GitHub's servers.
